FAQ
How long is your turnaround?
Standard turnaround time on Real Estate Listing media is 24 hours although in most cases you will wake up to an email saying your content is ready well before the 24 hour mark.
The only exceptions are video tours. We need up to 48 hours to ensure all the media is up to our standard before it is delivered; this is usually the case for larger more luxurious listings that require extra resources.
How long does a real estate shoot take?
A typical real estate shoot (photos, drone, 3D) takes about 1.5 hours. This can go up or down depending on the services requested and the size of the property.
How do I prepare for a real estate shoot?

What locations/areas do you service?
Our main coverage area is Miami Dade County, but we work from the Florida Keys, all the way to West Palm Beach. We do travel across Florida upon special requests.

Do I need to be there when you arrive at the shoot?
This is up to you. If you are going to be in the video then yes, please try to arrive at the scheduled shoot time. If you are not coming, please let us know EXACTLY how to get inside the property whether that be a lockbox code, door code, hidden key, etc.
You can Photoshop that out, right?
In most cases, no. This is because materially misrepresenting a property can lead to a whole slew of issues for your clients and for you as an agent. It’s for this reason that we VERY rarely Photoshop anything out of our photos. If you would like something not to appear in the photos and video, please move it or remove it before we arrive.
